Maddie Horton of Great Britain tries one of the steep descents in Hadleigh Farm - venue for the London 2012 Olympic Games Mountain Bike competition - which is still under construction. Silver medallist in the 2010 British Cross Country Mountain Bike Championships, Maddie said: 'The course is great - much more hilly than I expected. I've ridden World Cup courses before, and this is definitely up there with the toughest.'

Paul Beales and Billy-Joe Whenman of Great Britain test a bridge section of Hadleigh Farm - the venue for the London 2012 Olympic Games Mountain Bike competition - which is still under construction. Billy-Joe commented: 'It's a really good course with lots of technical climbing and descending. Definitely very challenging.'
