Yes,it's compatible. However 11-speed Campagnolo cog can (depending on tolerances)slightly rub against drivetrain spokes/holders. We supply special thin spacers(0.3mm) to fine tune cleareance.

UltraHubsare fully serviceable, however we divided hub maintenance into 3 levels oftechnical know how:

Level 1: Frewheel cleaning/oiling is in. No special tools are required, werecommend it only to technically skilled owners and mechanics.

级别1:塔基清洁和润滑。

Level 2: Bearing change, axial tuning. Special tools are required, werecommend it only to highly technically skilled owners and mechanics.

Level3: Tolerance matching of freewheel bushings. Factory only.
级别 3:飞轮轴套的公差矫正。只有工厂可以操作。

Yes,we offer a spoke calculation service for alloy rims.

Basically a correct spoke calculation requires exact "spoke-end"diameter, this depends on your rim and nipple type.

最基础的辐条计算需要准确的
spoke-end”直径,这个数据是基于你的轮圈和条帽型号。

1) Insert nipples into 2 opposite rim holes.

1.在圈上的两个对立位置安装2个条帽

2) Precisely measure distance between nipples.

2.精确的量出两个条帽之间的距离

3) Add 2x nipple height to distance above, this is "spoke-end"diameter.

3.在上面的距离数字基础上增加2个条帽的高度,这就是“spoke-end”直径

4) Hub/rim drilling and lacing pattern, (our normal chioce is radial front andrear left side, crossing on drive side only).

4.花鼓/轮圈的编制和交叉方法

Werecommend Sapim spokes since their regular spokes accept thick hubflanges, DT normally fits thin flanges only and regest special orderingspecifying "elbow" for 3.9mm thick flanges.
我们推荐使用Sapim辐条从他们的非变径辐条在细的花鼓法兰一侧,DT通常也适用于细的花鼓法兰和特别订单指定的“elbow”提供给3.9mm厚度的法兰。


Elder models: ExtraDisc , ExtraDisc v2.0 , ExtraDisc UL,ExtraTerra, ExtraTerra UL, ExtraRoad SL, ExtraClimbSLC.
Axle micro tuner setting.

旧款型号:ExtraDisc , ExtraDisc v2.0, ExtraDisc UL, ExtraTerra, ExtraTerra UL, ExtraRoad SL, ExtraClimbSLC.
轴心的微量调节设定

Removeright axle end using 5mm allen wrench.
使用5mm的六角扳手去除右边的轴端盖子

In case left axle end unscrews first, remove it and insert 10mm allen intoaxle. Re-assemble left axle. Pull out freewheel body.

第一步释放左侧的轴端盖子,去除它并且插入一根10mm的六角扳手。重新安装上左侧的轴端盖子。把塔基本体取出。

Push axle from right to left side.

从右侧推出轴心

As left bearing pops out avoid any movement of the internal preload tuner (markits position with the axle, use a permanent pencil)

在左侧轴承呈现的同时避免内部锁紧度调节器任何的移动(用油漆笔在轴心上做永久标识)

Unscrew axle and left axle end, then remove bearing.

释放轴心和左侧的轴端盖子。之后取出轴承。
Incase you have lost original bearing tuner setting use as starting position(left to right bearing distance on axle fittings )
注意
如果你忘记了轴承锁紧度调节器的设定位置则使用起始位置(在轴心上取适当的左侧到右侧轴承距离)

ExtraDisc:43.95mm
ExtraTerra / ExtraRoad SL: 43.75mm
ExtraRoad SLC: 43.80mm


Insertaxle into hub-shell, insert left bearing into hub-body.
插入轴心到花鼓本体上。插入左侧的轴承。

Warning: do not push bearing pressing on its internal race, properbearing insertion requires pressure on its external race only.

警告:不要推轴承的内圈,紧密接触的轴承插入仅仅有赖于对外圈的压力。

Tighten left axle-end, insert freewheel (without pawls), tighten right axleend.

锁紧左侧的轴端盖子,插入花鼓本体(没有棘爪),锁紧右侧的轴端盖子。

Try wheel  rotating smoothness and play (with tightened quickrelease).

检验轮子的滚动柔畅或者生涩(带着锁紧的快拆)

If necessary adjust bearing tuner again (shorten bearing distance if youfeel play, opposite to increase smoothness)

如果需要的话
重新调节轴承锁紧度调节器(如果感觉生涩的话缩短轴承距离,相反的话则是增加柔畅)

Bearing axial tuning involves axle lenght vatiations of +/- 0.05mm max,that means 1/10 of a turn of the micro tuner device (thread is counterclock).

轴承锁紧涉及轴心长度误差在+/- 0.05mm最多
,这就意味着1/10圈的轴承锁紧度调节器的转动(逆时针)

Adjusting procedure is simpler than appears once you did it few times.

适配程序是很简单的
尤其在你做过几次以后。

Partially insert freewheel (with pawls), check correct pawlspositioning/engagement, insert freewheel, tighten right axle end.

部分插入塔基(包含棘爪),检查正确的棘爪和棘轮的位置,在全部插入塔基,锁紧右侧的轴端盖子。
